The minidump files did not evidence a third party driver was causing the issue however in about of the crashes the EPUShortCut.exe was the process that crashed.
In other crashes the DipAwayMode.exe and EzUpdt.exe were the processes that crashed.
The EPUShortCut.exe and DipAwayMode.exe appear to be components of ASUS DIP4 ( Dual Intelligent Processors) software.
EzUpdt.exe appears to be ASUS Update.
Are you overclocking in whatsoever way?

I'one thousand using default settings in BIOS. No overclock.
I have uninstalled every ASUS utility on my computer, and it seems more stable.
Only, when I attempt to load Speedfan, I receive the : driver_irql_not_less_or_equal iastor.sys stop bulletin.
I tried updating the IntelRapid Storage Technology (Intel RST) driver directly from Intel website, simply the installation fails before completing. I likewise tried the drivers from ASUS, without any success.
I likewise noticed that when I plug a USB device (Nexus 7 tablet) via USB 2 or USB 3, windows has a difficult fourth dimension recognizing the device (switching on and off). I tried connecting the Nexus tablet into another reckoner, and I worked flawlessly.
Is it possible that my motherboard is broken?
Thank you.

There appears to be some problems.
In the Event logs there are the following errors:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down kickoff. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly
Those errors are preceded past the following mistake:
Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4.
Considering of this I would advise, at least temporarily, to "turn off" "Fast Startup":
http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/6320-fast-startup-plough-off-windows-8-a.html
The .nfo file showed two devices are missing drivers:
[Périphériques à problème]
Périphérique ID_de_périphérique_Plug-and-Play Code_erreur
Contrôleur PCI de communications simplifiéesPCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_85341043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0 Les pilotes de ce périphérique ne sont pas installés.
Contrôleur de bus SMPCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C22&SUBSYS_85341043&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FB Les pilotes de ce périphérique ne sont pas installés.
What I might advise for these 2 devices is to run the post-obit utility from Intel and run across if it picks up whatsoever commuter updates:

The results of the minidump files was inconclusive.
However, tin you lot provide the post-obit file via OneDrive which should incorporate more information on the crash:
C:\Windows\Retentiveness.DMP
The retention.dmp file will be quite large so y'all could compress the file with a third party application such every bit 7-Zip or WinRAR prior to uploading.
