Far Cry New Dawn Ethanol
Information technology should automatically bear witness you the path to the nearest outpost or Prosperity, inc. exactly where you take to drive to.
Are you Sure it's an ethanol truck, and not a cargo truck that you lot've stolen?

Normally you simply pull up to the gate and are prompted to exit the vehicle, and so it shows how much you go far the bottom left corner. (it'southward not usually very much.)

It's 75 every time, I recollect? Unless information technology drops from harm or something.
I'm certain information technology's an ethanol truck. It says ethanol on information technology!
Mayhap information technology was just not much, like you all said. I was expecting a lot of ethanol! 75 makes some sense, but I spent a bit of it on 'stuff'.
Thanks!
If you lot drove information technology back to Prosperity, simply park it in front of the Garage entrance, and walk abroad.
Stealing the truck is worth only 75, not piles of it.
Personally, I think they should be worth more. It's too easy to blow the truck up when trying to kill the driver, peculiarly with a high-power rifle ...

Information technology'due south actually pretty like shooting fish in a barrel to miss the notification when you get out the truck, specially if there's a firefight; you might take already got the ethanol and not realised it... in which instance it's now an EMPTY ethanol truck.
Personally, I think they should be worth more.
I experience similar they should be worth 100, because... it's a prissy round number?
I got a lot more than ethanol from airdrops anyway. They're frequent, and usually give loftier 30s while being much less annoying than driving a large flop across the map.
Yeah I saw that once. As soon as you enter the vehicle you should get a message telling you where to have it. If you don't go the message yous won't get annihilation.
I feel similar they should be worth 100, considering... it'due south a prissy round number? Personally, I recollect they should exist worth more than.
fifty, plus the truck's health (equally a percentage) divided by 2.
If it'due south one spitwad curt of exploding, not worth much. If it'due south factory-exhibit pristine, there's your 100.
...
Wait, no. Give the TANK it's own, separate, non-repair-able wellness rating. And then that the Mechanic perk, the i that autorepairs vehicles, tin can't be abused with the Trucks. :)
If yous want to get ethanol actually fast, salve up what yous get for a tier 2 silenced gun that has armor piercing rounds, then upgrade explosive labs to become that ammo... When you do outposts and scavenge it, enemies still die to headshots thanks to armor piercing rounds, and while doing these scavenges, you can boost your ethanol upward actually fast and get enough to rank up some facility until you hit a level cap.
A lot of the challenge in the game is due to a lack of potent weapons, but once yous have them, the simply threat is masses of enemies in a area shooting at y'all if yous haven't maxed out extra health to 250%.
Alternatively get a vehicle that has a mounted turret and scavenge a outpost repeatingly while using that turret to smash your enemies to decease, as it does stock-still damage and can knock downward enemies with one shot (mounted machine guns seems to practice this very easily).
If yous utilize the perk to disable traps on highwaymen cars, you lot can wait for 1 with a turret and have information technology back to a outpost to tackle it... But each fourth dimension you finish the outpost the vehicle despawns.

Happened to me too…captured and drove ethanol truck to one of my outposts, and the ethanol was not registered in the inventory…seems to be a bug, or am I missing something?

It won't work at outposts you have to drive it to prosperity for information technology to work
just beccareful of enemies on long drives, repair the truck as needed with the torch or get the mechanic perk

It sometimes does work with outposts, every bit it should, survival guide says "steal a tanker truck and bring it to a liberated outpost or prosperity", as does in-game message...just doesn't always work that way, and I wonder why…and yes, the risk of getting blown upward in an ethanol truck during longer journeys is very real…
I never took mine to prosperity, just nearest outpost. and if yous cannot re-enter the truck then you parked it in the right spot
